         <description>&lt;p&gt;Lake Lynn Community Center will be offering a youth touch football league this fall. It will be an introduction to the game of football, skills, fundamentals and sportsmanship will be taught to the beginning athlete. This league is offered to children ages 5-6 (age is as of July 31, 2010).  All games and practices will be held at Williams Park in northwest Raleigh and will primarily be held on Saturdays, starting in September and ending in November.  Registration fees are $36 for residents and $46 for non-residents, registration includes a shirt.  Registration will be held August 17th through the 24th at Lake Lynn Community Center.&lt;/p&gt;
